Please join us from Wednesday December 17th to Tuesday February 10

for the presentation of two works, one by Adrià Julià and one by Miljohn Ruperto with Aimée de Jongh.

Adrià Julià’s Unwatchabe Scenes, turns obsolete and damaged images into abstraction, reenactment,

seduction and the representation of violence. This work is part of Notes on the Missing Oh,

a multi-part project on Inchon, a controversial Hollywood film set in the Korean War and premiered

in 1982.

Miljohn Ruperto and Aimée de Jongh’s Janus is an unreliable image, a recognizable character caught

in a loop, an optical illusion dating back to 1892.

These two distinct animations, exhibited previously in other places, are re-contextualized here

by each other.
